19. BALKAN VETERANTS ATHLETIC CHAMPIONSHIP STATUS

  1. The Championships execute from izmir Masters Athletizm Clubs' Organization Committee.

  2. The Championships organize due to declared program in izmir, the date 26 - 27, 09.2009, on Saturday - Sunday.

  3. The last "for e-mail, fax or personel applications" registrations date is 3L08.2009, on Thursday, to the Organization Committee.

  4. No acceptance after this date, either outland or inland.

  5. Any changes of the branches after registration must inform before 25.09.2009, on Friday, technical meeting. Will not take into considaretion after this date,

  6. The first registration fee for two com. petit:io.nS are 15 AUTOS. (Inculuding Relay races). The fee for the third competition,, most pay 5 AUROS more,

  7. The A.A.F. - E.V.A.A- A.B.A.F AND B.A.V.A rules are current in the competition. For any objector must pay 100 Auros. If the object rejects, money will keep as quotation.

  8. The objections must do in 30 minutes after the resaults are announce.

  9. The announced age setting will be currents of the age groups in copetition.

  10. If less than three competitors join and they finished, minimum medal degrees are current.

  11. 11-  Article llth. is not current, when threeor more then three competitors join.

  12. There are two categories in Relay feces, (30 39 for Ladies, 35-44 for Men.)

  13. The Compititions' and Gala meal's fecs will be send as Auro, to the address, " T.CZiraat Bankasi, Efes Subesilzmir. Code: 1333

  15. 15 Auros.will be paid for the Gala meals fee. The Opening Ceremony will be the date 26.09.2009, on Saturday at 13.00 hours in Atatürk Stadium, Ali the Sport gourups

  17. The Test Room control will he hold on.. Who is riot controlled, will not be accepted as a compititor..

  18. The Sportmen altogether will go by a refree accompaniment to compitition area, after control

  19. Who has no or finished compttitions will not be stayed in the field,

  20. The warm up exercises will be in "SEHA AKSOY" spare field, near compitition field.

  21. Hammer Throw and Shot Put will M in "Shins Area".

  22. The Half Maraton will be ran two ways oN road Konak Inciralti.

  23. The maraton runners will be picked up from their hotels at 07.00 hours, will transport to the start point of the race

  24. The Compitition Directories have the authorities to execute of this status. The he Organization Committee Jurors willbe judged ali objections.
